Felis Major Basic Details[/font] Common Name: Big Cat Average Height: 5'2 Average Weight: 160lbs Usual Pelt Colour: Brown General Appearance: Felis Major is a derivation of the domestic house cat, but far, far bigger, with massive sabre-canines. Roughly the size of a pony or a small horse, this cat commonly preys on deer, or lone humans in the wilds. Their fur and teeth are nothing like the quality of the domestic cat, and often they are soaked in dirt, parasites, and blood. Some cats have cross-bred with other big cats, and are beginning to resemble those species as well. Ecological DetailsHabits: These cats are highly territorial; males and females wander, seperately, only meeting to mate. The females stay with their kittens until about 12 weeks after birth, after which they will chase away the strongest, starting with males, and working up to the weakest female. They each forge about a kilometre square or territory, and begin to raise families of their own. Diet: Humans, Deer, Giant Birds Predators: Large groups of Rose Wasps, Giant Beetles Niche: Plains, Grasslands, Sparse Forests By-products: Furs, Sabreteeth Created by: GeneralDisaster
